People search is ideal for:
Identifying key decision makers
Building targeted outreach lists
Expanding professional networks
Supporting sales, recruiting, and market research
Start a semantic or lookalike search, select the companies you find relevant, and click on “Find employees” to get started.
Review the selected companies; you can deselect or add companies.
Describe the employees you are targeting by entering job titles and locations (if needed).
Examples: Procurement Manager, Sales Manager, CMO
⚠ Important: People search uses semantic search, a query for “Procurement Managers” may also return related roles, such as “Strategic Procurement Manager” or “Head of Procurement.” To ensure that only exact matches for Procurement Managers are shown, enclose the term in quotation marks: "Procurement Managers".
Click “Find employees”. This costs 1 credit per search (you can see up to 50 employees at first).
Info: Contact info is not included until the emails are retrieved.
You’ll receive a list of professionals. Each result includes key details such as:
Full name
Job position
LinkedIn profile link
Contact details (business emails, where available – 1 credit per found email)
Company name
Company description
This makes it easy to evaluate and prioritize the right people for your goals.
There are four ways to access business professionals emails:
Click the “Find employees” button in the result list for each employee individually.
Click “Bulk Email Finder” to retrieve all available emails for the displayed employees.
Select individual employees of interest and use the “Bulk Email Finder”.
Use the checkbox in the sidebar, select “Bulk Email Enrichment”, and choose how many contacts you want to look up.
Adjust your selected companies or add/remove companies.
Update job titles as needed.
Click Find employees again to refresh the list (this will cost 1 credit again).
Exports from People search don’t use credits. All unlocked business emails are included automatically. Only the employees you have already discovered or selected in your search can be exported.
Use the “Export Employees” button and choose the number of people to export (individual amount or all).
Or, use the sidebar checkboxes to select all relevant people individually and select “Export”.
Or, use the checkbox in the sidebar “Select for Export”, and choose the number of people to export (individual amount or all).
Exported files are available immediately in CSV format and will be sent to your registered email, the content includes all key details.
Important: Due to compliance, Search Pro does not store any employee or contact information from your searches. If you leave the page or modify your search, all data will be lost. Make sure to export anything important. You can perform a new search to retrieve data again, but credits will be charged.
Credits are used when searching for employees and retrieving their business email addresses. For example:
Searching for up to 50 employees costs 1 credit.
Retrieving a verified business email costs 1 credit per email, but only if the email is successfully found.
In the header, a counter displays the number of credits you still have available.
