Search Pro allows you to save companies you find in Semantic or Lookalike search to custom lists for easy access and review later. This helps you keep track of relevant companies without exporting them immediately and organize your research efficiently.
Where to save companies
You can save companies directly from your search results:
Semantic search results
Lookalike search results
How it works
1. Save individual companies
In the search results, select the checkbox next to a company and click “Save to list”.
Choose an existing list or create a new list to save the company.
2. Save multiple companies individually
Use the checkboxes in the search results to select multiple companies.
Click “Save to list” and choose or create the list you want to save them to.
3. Save multiple companies
Use the sidebar checkbox, select “Select for Save”, and choose the number of companies to save to a list (individual amount or all).
Manage your saved companies
When creating a new list, you can add a name and an optional description.
Access all your saved companies via the sidebar under Company Lists in the Search Pro section.
Here you can:
See an overview of all lists you created and how many lists you’ve used.
View details for each list: name, number of companies, description, and creator.
Open a list to view all saved companies and see detailed company information:
Company name
Website (URL)
Description
Location
Number of employees
Contact details
Founding year
Areas of specialization
Industry
Ownership structure
Company type
Perform actions per company:
Select individually or in bulk to export or find employees
Delete companies from the list
Organize lists by industry, region, or any custom naming you choose.
Limitations
Lists have a limit depending on your subscription plan (max number of lists)
You can always export or find employees for saved companies, but contact information is only available when unlocked or retrieved via People search
